Black Creek Greenway
Brad Spencer, of Reidsville, NC, has been selected to create public art for the Town of Cary's Black Creek Greenway. Spencer, who specializes in sculpted brick, has completed numerous projects around the state including, most recently, a frieze at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Durham and public art pieces in Greensboro, Raleigh, and Smithfield, as well as at the National Housing Center in Washington, D.C.
Cary Visual Art is leading the Black Creek Greenway Public Art Project with support from the Town of Cary and the Cary Community Foundation.
