Cary Visual Art had the honor of hosting British public artist Helen Marshall for a short visit to Cary to inspire and encourage the community to interact with public art. Her visit to Cary Academy, Cary High, Meredith College, the Cary Teen Council, and her talk at the Cary Town Hall Chambers invited participants to brainstorm about what they think an ideal art project in Cary would look like. As Cary Visual Art explores the new trends in public art, the first step is taken in this direction with an online blog, a documentation of Helen Marshall's visit to Cary. Dream, create, think, write, and participate! Let us hear your thoughts and comments as our community collaborates to form a project made for Cary, North Carolina. Read more about Helen's work in the " About The Artist" page and Cary Visual Art in the " About Cary Visual Art".
