I am a returning artist to this exhibition and I am certain that you already have in hand most if not all of my biographical information. If there seems to be any information missing from this online application, please let me know so that I may correct this oversight.

I am submitting steel fabricated sculptures titled Balancing Act (a tall colorful piece which makes use of the stylized image of an oversized anthropomorphic toy tank) and Mother and Child (a set of spheres with naturally patina placed near each other so that the viewer can sense the kinship of the forms and perhaps appreciate the symbolism most profoundly present during a  good rain as rain water flows from the mouth of the larger to the mouth of the smaller referencing the sharing of nourishment from a mother to a child.

Balancing act has tabs at its base so that it can be anchored to a concrete pad and this piece measures ten and a half feet tall, three feet in width, and four and a half feet in depth. A boom truck would serve as the best way to install this piece.

Mother and Child can be anchored to a cement pad, but looks quite good in a grassy or mulched area. This piece is four feet tall, four feet wide, and eight feet deep. The weight and shape of the piece makes it very difficult for one or two men to move, but possible for three men to install.
