Public Art in Focus

Cary Visual Art is entering into its second year providing free artist-led educational workshops to underserved groups. These groups, have involved individuals with disabilities, senior citizens, home school groups, and specialized educational facilities serving ages from K-12.

CVA is now prepared to expand our reach to include other groups who may benefit from these workshops. Our goal is to offer a rich and meaningful experience to children and adults who may not have the means or opportunity to participate in an enriching arts activity due to health, social or economic constraints.

We are very proud of the success of our Public Art in Focus Outreach Workshop Program, which could not grow without the generous support of The United Arts Council of Raleigh and Wake County and the Town of Cary.
